Our self-help products have been developed in conjunction with highly qualified academics and practicing professionals in their respective fields.

These self-help packages use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT helps change how individuals think and how they act, leading to improved well-being. CBT focuses on current problems and difficulties, helping to improve an individual's state of mind in the moment, rather than focusing on the causes of distress or symptoms of the past.

Some people find it difficult to talk their problems through with others. Online self-help enables you to work through the programmes at your own pace and in your own time. Many people have found that using online self-help has given them the confidence to seek professional help.

Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) Interactive is a self help life skills training package based on the proven CBT approach, for those with mild to moderate depression and anxiety. It aims to help people to learn, understand and overcome their condition. Because LLTTF Interactive can only be used alongside a practitioner or support worker, there is also a DVD for available for individuals.

Overcoming Bulimia Online is a CBT interactive, multi-media package based on a proven model of intervention that has been clinically evaluated, making it a powerful self-help resource. Conventional methods of delivering CBT through one-to-one and group sessions with therapists have made it a relatively expensive form of treatment.
