Our mental health products have been developed in conjunction with highly qualified academics and practicing professionals from the fields of psychology and psychiatry.

All our mental health products use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT helps change how individuals think and how they act, leading to improved well-being. Unlike some of the other 'talking treatments', CBT focuses on current problems and difficulties, helping to improve an individual's state of mind in the moment, rather than focusing on the causes of distress or symptoms of the past.

CBT works by helping someone to make sense of their problems. It does this by breaking them down into manageable parts, making it easier to see how they are connected and how they effect someone.

The following products are available to individuals, carers, mental health practices (e.g. departments and charities), hospital departments and health services:

Overcoming Anorexia Online is a product for carers of individuals with anorexia. It provides education and help for those who have a friend or family member with anorexia. This online self-help program is also based on CBT. The package was developed by an experienced team of professionals and those qualified to work with people with eating disorders.
